An email will be sent when your order is completed and moved to our despatch area, you are able to track the progress of your order using our online order tracking. Completed orders are collected daily Monday to Friday at 4pm, despatch emails sent prior to this collection will be despatched on the day the email was sent.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail’s first class service or courier. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the Royal Mail.

The despatch time of mixed orders is dependent on the product with longest production time. The table below displays the average service time for all products, Print poster and gift orders received before 7:30am, CEWE PHOTOBOOK, calendar and cards received before 4am will begin production on the working day the order is received.
